Ally brings her diverse experiences to therapy which include life transitions, being a mother and a collegiate athlete. Her down-to-earth, open and welcoming approach provide a supportive and understanding environment for her clients.
Ally believes everyone has a unique story to tell and that we all transition through various seasons of our life. Some moments are joyous and meaningful while others can be unbearably painful and lonely. Ally is a therapist who values every “page of your book” or every “season” and believes the more we understand who we are and where we come from, the easier it becomes to connect with our true self and to begin the healing process. Her work is centered around overall health and wellness as well as providing solutions to help individuals and couples achieve the best version of themselves.
Ally Regan is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has worked extensively with teens, adults, and couples for the past 12 years. Her areas of focus are depression, anxiety, stress, relationship and life transitions, parenting strategies, as well as specializing in treating maternal mental health (infertility, pregnancy loss, postpartum depression and anxiety). She was a collegiate athlete and also specializes in performance-based anxiety and sports psychology related issues.
Her goal is to create a non-judgmental space where clients can come just as they are. She values honesty and boldness and maintains a sense of humor and lightheartedness in session when needed. She strongly believes therapy should be a place to be “unfiltered” as well as a place to say the really hard things out loud. She understands how challenging it can feel to start and her goal will always be to walk through each season with you with empathy and support. She looks forward to meeting you.
